Wild harvested by the Nyul Nyul people in the Twin Lakes area of the Kimberly WA. Jilungin has an earthy taste, traditionally consumed in the evening for its relaxing effects and to promote a good night’s sleep.
Traditionally favoured medicine by Nyul Nyul people sap, bark & leaves are used. Dreaming tea is a tonic best taken in the evening before retiring, hence the name. It works as a detoxification on the body and has revitalising energy. The gim/sap is golden and can be eaten like toffee, cleans the bowel. Jilungin is used by aboriginal people for their ultimate well being.
