Pak Choi - White Stem is a great annual vegetable to fill in spots in the garden as it matures very quickly and doesn't take up a lot of room. This variety produces green leaves and thick white tender stems. It can be eaten raw or cooked.
Sow seed approx. 5mm deep, directly where you wish to grow it, in early Spring - Autumn (and Summer in moderate to cool climates), full sun, well composted, rich well drained soil. Germination approx. 4 - 6 days, Maturity approx. 40 - 50 days, or when plants reach around 15cm high.
