Hyssop is a pretty perennial Herb that produces lovely bright blue flowers in Summer. It is an excellent plant to attract bees, butterflies and other beneficial pollinators. It is native to Southern Europe and Eurasia, is heat and drought tolerant and grows to around 40cm high.
Although not generally used as a kitchen herb, Hyssop is often used to flavour liqueurs, and the flowers were used medicinally in past times.
