The Ruffled Wasabina is a Japanese leaf Mustard Green variety tasting quite similar to wasabi. It has bright green ruffled leaves with a hot spicy flavour.
Commonly used raw but can be cooked. Great for micro-greens. Easy and quick to grow.
Best harvested at baby-leaf stage while leaves are still tender.
Part or full sun, moist soil. Sow 5mm deep in Spring and Autumn.
