The Oregon Sugar Pod Snow Pea is a bush variety that reaches a height of approx. 70cm, is disease resistant and produces an abundance of pods. The tender crispy pods are around 11cm long and delicious!
Sow 3mm deep, late Summer and Autumn in warm climates, Spring in cold areas. Frost will damage flowers. Grow in full sun, sheltered area, moist well drained soil, prepared with compost. Water well once after sowing and then do not water again until seedlings appear. Peas dislike acidity, so add lime if necessary. Maturity approx. 60-70 days.
