Rouge de Marmande tomato is a climbing (indeterminate) variety, so will need to be staked. It originates as an Heirloom variety from France (1925). The fruit is large, flat and has ribs, with delicious flavour, and is a good all round tomato for grilling, adding to salads, and other dishes that you would use tomato in.
This variety is disease resistant.
Sow 5mm deep in Spring and early Summer. Grow in full sun, moist, well drained soil
